ZAIRA TECH was founded on a straightforward observation: industrial IoT projects rarely fail on any single layer. They fail in the gaps between the firmware team, the hardware supplier, and the software vendor.
01Our story
Why we work this way
The company is led by Santhosh P, an electronics and communication engineer whose work spans both sides of the boundary — full-stack MERN development on one hand, STM32 and ESP32 firmware and KiCad board design on the other.
That combination is unusual, and it is deliberate. When a reading looks wrong, the question is whether the sensor, the firmware, the transport, or the dashboard introduced the error. A team that built all four can answer that in an afternoon. A chain of suppliers can spend a month establishing whose problem it is.
Alongside ZAIRA TECH, we deliver a hardware and solution line under the Banyan IoT Solutions brand — industrial PLCs, telemetry systems, and monitoring platforms that began as client projects and were productised once the same requirement came up often enough.
We are based in Coimbatore and work with clients across manufacturing, industrial automation, and public infrastructure — including government monitoring deployments.

How we approach the work.
One team across the boundary
Hardware and software problems get solved on whichever side is cheaper to change. That is only possible when the same team owns both — otherwise every boundary becomes a negotiation.
Built for the site, not the demo
Field conditions decide the design. Power that fluctuates, networks that drop, environments that are hot and dusty. A system that only works on a bench has not been engineered yet.
Handover you can maintain
Documented schematics, readable code, and infrastructure your own team can run. We would rather you did not need us for routine changes.
Honest scoping
If a project is outside what we do well, we say so at the first conversation rather than the third invoice.
Work with us
